Natalya's upbringing and training are responsible for the discipline, attention to detail and follow-through she brings to her work. Born in Russia, she trained as an Olympic-level gymnast and acrobat for nine years and earned a bachelor's degree in physical education. As the manager of a global tourist office, she recruited business professionals for international positions and coordinated their official documentation.

Moving to the Santa Barbara area nearly a decade ago, Natalya mastered classes in business communications and business law, and received certification in real estate finance, principles and practice, leading to earning her real estate license.

An accomplished athlete, she enjoys multiple sports and recreational activities including running, hiking, tennis and golf.
